Officially.. Lies of P game gets a release date

Lies of P is an action and role-playing RPG that adopts a Souls-like system inspired by the famous Italian novel series Pinocchio  by  Carlo Collodi.  Earlier, we had the first look at the alpha version of the game, and it appeared that it adopts many of the ideas, world and environment of the mysterious and dark Bloodborne. .

Within the activities of IGN Fan Fest 2023, and through an enthusiastic promotional presentation, it was finally announced that the game will be released, which will now be in August of 2023.

The game is based on violent and fast-paced gameplay, and contains some great mechanics that will make Lies Of P offer players a different experience, and most importantly, the gameplay will contain a unique “lie” system, where what you do and say affects the main character.

Lies Of P tells a story organized by Pinocchio. Players assume the role of Pinocchio and must navigate through a dark Belle Epoque world where all kinds of fear are around every corner. The once beautiful city of Balls has become a living hell, and Pinocchio will need to find Mr. Geppetto to unravel the mystery of what happened in the city.

Players will also need to navigate the streets as Pinocchio encounters demon-like enemies. To help, systems such as the creation of weapons and items are available. However, the feature of lying is applied where the more you lie, the more human you become, with all the advantages and disadvantages of the game and its quotation from the source.

The game will need about 60 hours to complete it 100% and 30 hours to finish the story. It will also be available for all home platforms and PC.
